Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 (Danish time) on business days (MondayβFriday, excluding Danish public holidays) are handed over for packing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends or on public holidays are handled the next business day. All orders ship from our warehouse in KΓΈge, Denmark, operated by Bring Shelfless.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated on the order value in DKK after discounts. Subscription deliveries to Denmark, Germany and Sweden always ship free; subscription deliveries to other countries follow the rates above. Prices shown in other currencies are converted at checkout. We currently do not ship to countries that are not available at checkout.
Delivery time
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers from the day your order is handed over: Denmark 1β3 business days, Sweden and Germany 2β5 business days, other European countries 3β7 business days. We will in any case deliver within 30 days of your order unless we have agreed otherwise with you. If we cannot, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Parcel shops and lockers
Parcels sent to a parcel shop or locker are held for the period stated in the carrier's notification. Uncollected parcels are returned to us; we will contact you, and we may charge the cost of a second shipment.
Tracking
You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order ships. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us at hi@drinkrepleo.com.

Orders are packed by Bring Shelfless in KΓΈge, Denmark, and delivered by Bring and its partner carriers.
