The wall nobody talks about.
I've always wanted to give myself the best possible conditions to perform β at work, at the gym, on the road. I ate well, slept enough, and trusted that another coffee would handle the rest.
It didn't. By mid-afternoon I'd hit the same wall: a fog that wouldn't lift, a fatigue that food couldn't fix. The honest answer was uncomfortable. I wasn't tired. I was dehydrated and depleted of salt β and no caffeine on earth was going to solve that.
